As part of the demonstration at MSB (Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency) College Revinge this summer, we showed off how quick and easy Fumo can pull 76mm diameter water filled hose!
The video depicts a real-time demonstration of Fumo pulling 80m hose, with capacity for more. The water filled hose has a weight of approximately 4 kg/m! On top of that, you can see different shapes of the water stream adjusted remotely at a water pressure of 10 bars implying a water flow of 2000 l/min that reaches a distance of roughly 60 m!
Fumo is a search & support robot developed by Realisator Robotics, with the goal to assist rescue workers and ensure a better working environment.
